Our first step in working together is an initial consultation, conducted in person or video call. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to understand your health goals, dietary needs, and lifestyle.

We begin your journey with an assessment of the following Core Imbalances by reviewing labs and your past medical history:
