  • Yes, I accept most health insurance plans. You can always confirm the annual nutrition coverage with your insurance provider before our initial session.

  • Yes. I accept HSA/FSA cards and can provide documentation as requested.

  • I offer in-person meetings on Wednesday’s in an office. The other weekdays I meet with clients virtually.

  • I will send you a link to click on to access our telehealth session through a HIPAA compliant health platform. You can easily log on through your phone or computer. You do not need to download anything prior to the session.

  • Yes, I love working with children and families. Together we harness a loving approach to bring more balance and nutrition into the family.

  • Yes. Once we meet and have established a plan of action I will order and ship the appropriate tests to you. We will then discuss the best way to complete the test and ship the kit(s) back to the lab for processing.

  • I do not post prices online as the rates will vary too much from person to person. Some insurance plans cover testing and once we determine your coverage we can discuss the various options and pricing available. I am upfront about prices to prevent any surprise hidden cost.

  • This is a great question. I typically work closely with patients for 6-12 months. I offer maintenance check-ins after to keep you feeling well.

    There are no quick fixes in my practice. My goal is to safely and slowly peel back the layers and return you to your roots. To put things into perspective, the longer you have been feeling unwell the expectation of feeling better again will likely come around the 6-12 month mark.
